MyQ Gate Access Transition - Update

As a follow-up to our recent communication regarding the transition to the new gate system on October 8th, 2025, we wanted to inform you of a brief system reset that occurred due to isolated access errors. This reset was necessary to restore full functionality and ensure reliable entry for all residents.
To verify your access, we kindly request that all residents test their vehicle stickers at the gate as soon as possible. Please note that the stickers are highly sensitive, and even minor adjustments or resets on your windshield may cause them to malfunction.
If your sticker does not grant entry, please email Access@essexhoa.com with the following details:
• Your name and address
• Your sticker identification number
• The exact time of your access attempt
Our team will review your submission and assist promptly to resolve any issues. In the meantime, if you encounter difficulties with your window sticker or MyQ app setup, feel free to reach out to the “Contact Us” tab for additional support.
